The Foundation supports research and intervention projects in the field of Productive Youth Development. In this context, the Foundation focuses on the value chain paradigm: innovative research, practical testing of the findings in pilot interventions and market introduction, which ensures the systematic application of tested models on a larger scale.

We fund projects that stand a strong chance of delivering a positive outcome and demonstrate great potential for implementation elsewhere. We therefore pursue the majority of our projects in close collaboration with established partners.
